Spoko, who mentored and worked with Mujava on the forever huge Township Funk, brings us a new mix of a sound he’s calling “Bacardi House.” Impeccably smooth and filled with old school sounding synths and even a vocoder, this mix makes me very eager to hear more from Spoko in the future.

Dj Sopa, Shook Nite, and I (Killtron) started a tropical bass night in Dallas at good old Fallout Lounge. Sopa’s always got the cumbias on lock, Shook Nite smashes it with perreo, and I hold it down for Moombahton and we throw 3ball, Baile Funk, Kuduro and more in between the three of us. This mix helps to highlight our tastes, the feel of the night, and if nothing else will be perfect for the approaching summer nights.
